PT Floor Manager
To oversee employees working in the Customer Service Associate role and function as lead cashier managing customer service requests and concerns.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage cash drawers: setting up by assigning drawers, count the safe, close out drawers, and deposit into the safe.
Customer Service: Assist Customer Service Associates (CSAs) with voids, gift cards, customer complaints, incident reports, customer accommodations, special passes.
Personnel Management: Delegating tasks that include popping popcorn, cooking pretzels, creating kids packs, replacing receipt rolls, sending CSAs to clean theaters, instructions for idle time, event preparation, cleaning tasks during the week. Manage tasks within the CSA job. Perform verbal correction and write ups as necessary. Provide backup support to CSAs and provide weekly updates to management regarding schedules, performance, and staffing needs.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.The position requires talking, listening, walking, and standing regularly. Walking is primarily on a level surface throughout the day. The employee may reach above shoulder heights or below the waist or lift as required throughout the workday, rarely to occasionally requiring lifting over 25 lbs. Proper lifting techniques are required .
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a part-time position. Days and hours of work can include shifts Monday through Friday 5pm - Closing, Saturdays & Sundays 10:45 am - 5:00 pm or 5:00 pm - Closing. Must be available for weekend shifts.

PT Customer Service Associate

We are looking for someone who is eager to dive into the fast-pace environment of the movie theater industry.
Provide high quality customer service through ticket sales, concessions, and general theater cleanliness. Work effectively with Floor Managers and co-workers. Enforce the movie ratings system courteously and effectively. Uphold "zero tolerance" policy in regard to ID checking. Maintain the cleanliness of the concession area. Clean and maintain the exterior and interior areas of the theater including auditoriums, restrooms, lobbies, concession areas, and box office areas. Perform daily stocking and maintenance duties. Follow all procedures to ensure a safe work environment, as well as the safety of our guests. Maintain regular personal attendance for all scheduled shifts.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be at least 16 years of age or older. Strong verbal and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team setting. Accurate cash handling and math skills. Meet dress code requirements. Physical requirements include standing, lifting up to 25lbs , and frequent walking and climbing stairs. Pay Starting at $13.50 per hour.
